What is the founders pricing and how long does it last?
The Founders price is the open tier shown on this page. You keep that monthly price for as long as that Pro subscription stays active. Cancelling, or a completed move to Core, ends the lock. Each tier has 10 places. A cancelled place is not sold again.
Do I get all Pro features in the founders price?
Yes. Founders is the Pro plan at the locked tier price: 75 design sessions and 90 AI video clips every month, with 3 image options each session.
What happens after the launch pricing ends?
Each tier has 10 places. When a tier sells out, the next tier price unlocks. After all seven tiers, new customers pay standard Pro at A$99.99/month. A cancelled place is not offered again.
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes. Cancel from billing. During a standard trial, cancel before billing to avoid the first charge. After payment, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling a Founders subscription ends the locked price. Core to Pro applies immediately with a prorated charge. Pro to Core takes effect on the next billing date.
Is there a free trial?
Standard Core, Pro, and Founders signups include one 7-day free trial with 10 design sessions and 5 AI video clips (captions included). Unused trial credits do not roll over. Add a payment method, pay A$0 today, then A$49.99 or A$99.99 (or your locked Founders price) unless you cancel before billing. Cancelling and signing up again does not start another trial.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. From billing, Core to Pro applies immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the period. Pro to Core takes effect on the next billing date. A completed move off a Founders Pro subscription ends the locked price. Extra design packs you have bought stay on the account.
Do you offer refunds?
After the first paid charge, a 30-day money-back guarantee applies to paid subscriptions. Contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will review the request under the guarantee.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, including designs already in your account. When that period ends, the subscription ends. Cancelling a Founders subscription also ends the locked price. Unused included video clips do not roll over.
